By placing an order on this site you are agreeing to these terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

General

The terms and conditions are governed by and constructed in accordance with the law of England and Wales. Under this law, we may not enter into a contract with any person under 18 years of age. By placing an order you declare that you are at least 18 years old.

Delivery

We will deliver the goods in the time frame agreed upon by both parties. If you have any special wishes, please do not hesitate to contact us, and we will attempt to find a solution. The delivery costs are included in the price at check out. Orders above £1000 are delivered free of charge. Exceptions may apply.

Cancellation of orders

Complaints

If you have a complaint, please call or email as above. We will do our utmost to process your complaint within one working day.

Return of food items

You may not return a food item for any reason.

Refunds

If you experience any problems with the products you have received or the quality is not as agreed, please notify us before returning or throwing away the goods. We may request you to document the complaint with pictures, or request to assess the products ourselves. Refunds will not be made if we are not given the chance to do so.

Limitation of liability

If for some reason we are prevented from delivering your order, we will inform you of this as soon as possible. You will then be given the option of receiving a refund or a new delivery at the next possible delivery date.

We will not be liable (whether caused by our employees, agents or otherwise) in connection with the Goods, for:

  • a. Any indirect special or consequential loss, damage, costs or expenses and/or:
  • b. Any loss of profits, loss of anticipated profits; loss of business, reputation or goodwill; or third party claims and/or:
  • c. Any failure to perform any of our obligations if such delay or failure is due to any cause beyond reasonable control and/or
  • d. Any losses caused directly by any failure or breach by you in relations to your obligations; and/or
  • e. Any loss relating to the choice of the Goods and how they will meet your purpose or the use by you of the Goods supplied.

Payment

When placing an order you will be asked to pay by using a credit or debit card. We will reserve the amount on your account/card. The money is only transferred from your account/card once the goods have been shipped.

If you have selected to receive emails at the end of our order process then you get our promotional emails and special offers. To unsubscribe simply click the “unsubscribe from this list” link at the very bottom of the mail.

Circumstances beyond the control of either party

Neither party shall be liable for any failure or delay in performing their obligations where such failure or delay results from any cause that is beyond the reasonable control of that party. Such causes include, but are not limited to, power failure, internet service provider failure, industrial action, civil unrest, fire, flood, storms, earthquakes, acts of terrorism, acts of war, governmental action or any other event that is beyond the control of the party in question.
